ST. PAUL, Minn., Sept. 19 /PRNewswire/ --
Medwave Inc. (Nasdaq: MDWV) announced today that it has reached an OEM supplier agreement with Nihon Kohden of Tokyo Japan where Medwave will become an OEM supplier for Nihon Kohden regarding non-invasive blood pressure technology. The agreement is an exclusive in Japan, whereas Medwave will not enter other Vasotrac OEM agreements in the Japanese market. The term of the agreement is 42 months.
