ELK RIVER, Minn., Sept. 21 /PRNewswire/ --
On Thursday, September 21 at noon, The Raptor Center will release a bald eagle to its natural habitat from the Mississippi River bank in Elk River, Minn. across from Great River Energy's headquarters building.
Great River Energy made a contribution in April to the Raptor Center at the University of Minnesota in honor of its Earth Day celebration. The contribution was earmarked to sponsor a bald eagle recuperating at the Center.
