UNGARO SIZZLES, WHILE CHANEL IS PERFECT FOR DAY
PARIS--To be or not to be. That was the question that both Karl Lagerfeld and Emanuel Ungaro had to answer Tuesday. Lagerfeld, who chose Shakespeare for his theme, deftly--and sometimes beautifully--continued to walk the tightrope between himself and Chanel, while Ungaro steamed straight ahead and created the kind of sizzling-hot dresses that Nouvelle Society drools for.
