Thoughtful people are dismayed by a few presidential aspirants' hasty and reckless campaigns for themselves, illegally capitalizing on preelection campaigning for their parties' nominees in the April 13 National Assembly general elections. The premature presidential campaigning was first touched off by supporters of Rhee In-je, the ruling Millennium Democratic Party's campaign manager.
