Despite Thursday's court injunction barring Asiana Airlines from making flights between Seoul and the southern Chinese tourism city of Guilin, the the government is determined to go ahead with service allowing Asiana to adopt ``charter'' formula instead of regular one, prompting a controversy that the country's administrative unit is ignoring a court decision.

``We will fight against the injunction at the formal trial. Asiana will be allowed to switch to chartered flights until a final court ruling is made,'' said Yang Sung-woo, director-general for international aviation cooperation at the Construction and Transportation Ministry.
