Prairie Ridge has demonstrated it can come from behind in matches this season.
The only problem is, the Wolves do not want to make it a reoccurring habit.
After spotting No. 13 Crystal Lake South sizable leads in both games, No. 5 Prairie Ridge settled down and scored a 15-8, 15-9 victory over the Gators in a matchup of Fox Valley Conference unbeatens in north Crystal Lake Tuesday night.
The victory moves Prairie Ridge to a perfect 17-0 and 5-0 in the league. The Wolves, who have won 29 of their last 31 league matches and 78 of their last 92 overall, are now tied with Cary-Grove for the FVC lead. The two teams meet next Tuesday in Cary. Prairie ...
