The budget deliberation session at the National Assembly was disrupted due to a row among lawmakers on the alleged ``pork-barreling'' for Cholla provinces, the bastion of the coalition ruling camp.
The dispute was touched off by an allegedly violent protest of two lawmakers from the ruling National Congress for New Politics against an opposition lawmaker who called on the government to scrap the budget set for establishment of a new airport in Chonju, Cholla-pukto.
