Beset with various difficulties in the attempt to create a new party, the ruling camp is now groping for new strategies, including a major ``redressing''' of the National Congress for New Politics (NCNP) instead of undergoing complex, cumbersome procedures of founding a new party from the scratch.
In a turnaround, the ruling camp is now considering forging the new party without dismantling the NCNP, according to NCNP officials.
