The opposition Grand National Party has asked Rep. Lee Han-dong, vice-president of the party who plans to join the ruling United Liberal Democrats, to leave the party before the year's end.
``Rep. Lee should leave the party as soon as possible if he is set to do so. It is the least he can do to show that he has some political decorum, if any,'' GNP spokesman Rep. Lee Sa-churl said yesterday.
The GNP threatened to expel him from the party if he refuses to leave before year's end.
