Sep. 28--San Jose International Airport is about to add even more international flavor: American Airlines said Wednesday it will soon begin daily non-stop flights to Taipei and to Paris, the airport's first European non-stop.
Airline officials said the service to Paris and Taipei, Taiwan -- the third largest high-tech region in the world -- will begin on April 1, 2001. And under American's agreement with the Taiwanese airline EVA Airways, San Jose travelers can more easily reach other Asian cities.
