EVERYONE knows Rugby's calendar lady. Year after year she has been seen standing outside Rugby Parish Church in all weathers for hours, days and weeks at a time selling Christmas cards and calendars for Leukaemia Research.
And when she's not there people want to know why.
Janet Haynes is a one-woman charity phenomenon. Her Rugby branch of the Leukaemia Research Fund celebrates its 21st anniversary next month having raised a staggering pounds 800,000.
