Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd. has hired two executives to help direct its growing global workforce. Maria Del Busto, a 15-year veteran of human resource management and training, was appointed vice president, Corporate Human Resources, and Annette Wellinghoff, formerly of Burger King, was named director, Shipboard Training and Development.
As vice president, Del Busto will be responsible for developing human- resource policy and directing and coordinating employment, employee relations, corporate training, HR information systems, and employee services for both the company's Royal Caribbean International and Celebrity Cruises ...
