American Eagle, the regional affiliate of American Airlines, today took several steps forward in transitioning to an all jet operation at Chicago O'Hare International Airport.

The airline today introduced regional jet service between O'Hare and both Bloomington, Ill., and South Bend, Ind., and converted to regional jet service its last remaining turboprop flights between O'Hare and both Cedar Rapids, Iowa, and Dayton, Ohio.
