SAMSONITE CORPORATION (Nasdaq: SAMC) announced today that it has entered into a licensing agreement with Athalon Sportgear, Inc., New York, whereby Athalon will market a line of active sports equipment carrying bags under the Samsonite brand. This product line will include items such as ski bags, ski boot bags, in-line skate bags, gym locker organizers, golf travel covers, and camping equipment organizer bags.
Samsonite also announced it has entered into a licensing agreement with Vanguard USA, Inc., Lake Whitmore, Michigan, whereby Vanguard will market a line of optics products and sportsman's carrying cases for fishing ...
