Crude Jumps More Than $1 on Mideast Tensions, Stormy Weather

Crude saw an upward correction Monday, supported by renewed word of Mideast tensions and weather worries in the US Gulf.

November light, sweet crude shot up $1.34 on the New York Mercantile Exchange (Nymex) to end the day at $32.18/bbl.

Brent also surged to $31.08/bbl on the International Petroleum Exchange, up $1.24.
