FOXBORO - J.R. Redmond's numbers from Sunday's win in Denver certainly didn't catch the attention of the Hall of Fame folks in Canton, Ohio.
The Patriots rookie running back rushed six times for 15 yards and caught two passes for 17 yards in the 28-19 victory over the Broncos. But Redmond had to start his NFL career sometime, somewhere, and Sunday afternoon at Mile High Stadium was a good enough time and place.
After amassing a total of two yards on five carries in the Pats' first two games of the season, the Arizona State product was inactive for the Minnesota game two weeks ago and then dressed but did not play against Miami.
