REM, Inc. a leading provider of services for persons with disabilities, home health care, senior services and rehabilitation therapy has acquired Thomas J. Apartments, which did business under the name Wilson Apartments. Thomas J. Apartments is a 15 person Intermediate Care Facility for Persons with Developmental Disabilities (ICF/D) located in St. Paul, Minn.
