A significant proportion of Russian citizens don't know which federal district they live in, and even fewer know the name of the presidential envoy appointed to that district, according to a poll taken by the Public Opinion Foundation and reported in "Segodnya" on 29 September. In the Far East district, only 60 percent of residents know that this is where they live, while only 43 percent know that Konstantin Pulikovskii is their presidential envoy.
