Today marks the fortieth anniversary of Nigeria's independence. I use the opportunity provided by this medium to congratulate Nigerians all over the world, particularly those who are very far from home and especially Nigerians in the Republic of Korea. I also use the opportunity provided by this medium to acknowledge the greetings of well-wishers and friends of Nigeria, particularly those of the Government and people of the Republic of Korea.
