ASA Legal Systems, (Nasdaq: ASAA), a leading full-service provider of financial, records and knowledge management software for law firms, today announced the promotion of John A. Sharkey to Vice President-Marketing. Mr. Sharkey was General Manager of the Records Management Division since August 1999, when Chase Technologies, Inc. was acquired by ASA.
