Bookrunners The Bank of Tokyo, Citibank and Dresdner Kleinwort Benson last week completed the co-arranger phase of BoE Bank's $100 million credit facility and launched the deal to general syndication.
The lead arrangers are currently offering banks the title of lead manager and an upfront fee of 12.5 basis points for a commitment of $5 million. Lenders that commit $2.5 million will receive the title of manager and an upfront fee of 7.5 basic points.
Lenders thus far include arrangers Commerzbank, First Union National Bank, Fuji Bank, Standard Chartered Bank and Sumitomo Bank.
