EXPO Design Center, a division of The Home Depot(R)(NYSE: HD), the world's largest home improvement retailer, announced the appointment of John W. Herbert as president of the EXPO Western division. Herbert, who is internationally respected for his contributions to the retailing industry, will assume his new responsibilities on Jan. 1, 2001.
