The Board of Directors of Rocky Mountain Ginseng, Inc. (Pink Sheets:RMGG) wish to report that the filing of the Form 10-SB with the Securities and Exchange Commission is being held pending possible reorganization of the share structure.
The purpose of the restructuring would be to allow the raising of capital for the China operations, Rocky Mountain (Fuzhou) Drug Co., Ltd. The Company is currently in the process of discussing possible avenues of financing with several parties.
