IRVING, Texas _ Dwayne Goodrich hasn't suited up for a game since Aug. 5 in Tokyo. The Dallas Cowboys were halfway around the world at the time, which is now about as close as the team's top rookie draft choice can expect to be in getting into a regular-season game before the end of 2000.
The NFL's sixth cornerback drafted (49th selection overall) has been able to show the Cowboys coaching staff virtually nothing under NFL game conditions since signing a four-year, $2.37 million contract less than three months ago.
