PEMBROKE, Bermuda, Oct. 11 PRNewswire-AsiaNet - TyCom Ltd. (NYSE: TCM; BSX: TCM), announced today it had reached a full and final settlement with IDT Europe B.V.B.A of all pending claims brought against one another and their respective affiliates. By mutual agreement, terms of the settlement were not disclosed.
