NEW YORK, Sept. 1 /PRNewswire/ -- The ultra-Orthodox Jerusalem Chief Rabbinate on Monday reinstated the Kashrut Certificate of the Youth Hostel of the United Synagogue of America and its World Center for Conservative Judaism, which it previously revoked.
