The Board of Directors of Hudson Valley Bank is pleased to announce the appointment of James J. Landy as its new President, CEO & Director replacing John (Jack) N. Finnerty who is retiring effective December 31, 2000. The Board also appointed Stephen R. Brown to the position of Senior Executive Vice President & Director.
