TOSHIBA INFORMATION SYSTEMS UK plans to launch a flexible benefits scheme next year, aimed at making the benefits package more competitive. Susan Shore, HR manager, said: "It is becoming increasingly difficult to recruit and keep good staff. This is a good way of helping people to understand in real terms what they get and to appreciate the value of it. We want to offer real empowerment and flexibility for staff."
