Petrobras holding is to take over its subsidiaries Braspetro (Petrobras Internacional S.A.) and Gaspetro (Petrobras Gas S.A.), according to its new management and organization model. Braspetro and its subsidiaries like Brasoil will operate according to the International Management and Gaspetro according to Gas and Energy". The Gas and Energy Management will be in charge of all activities linked to gas distribution currently in charge of BR Distribuidora, shareholder in 13 gas distribution companies.
