Synergy Media, Inc. recently announced it has completed the acquisition of all of the assets of AJR Enterprises. The acquisition includes the right to operate their electric bike rental businesses located at in resort locations in Palm Springs, CA, Phoenix, AZ, and San Diego, CA.
AJR provided rentals of electric bicycles (EBs) known as "E-Bike." The EBs are manufactured by EV Global, Inc., a Lee Ioccoca enterprise. Synergy said its latest acquisition supplements its existing relationship with EV Global, in which Synergy implements comprehensive marketing of the E-Bike inclusive of Internet marketing services.
