Chicago is a city where all of the prime steakhouses have been aged for at least 12 years. I can back up that statement simply by mentioning names like Gene & Georgetti, Chicago Chop House, Gibsons, Morton's and Eli's. All of those fine places have proven, based on quality and consistency over the years, that they belong in the Chicago Steakhouse Hall of Fame.
Sorry, Kinzie Chophouse, but you do not qualify. It is not because of your tender age.
