Q - Two months ago, new tenants moved into the apartment below me and they are heavy smokers. The smoke odor has spread into my unit. I'm 74 and sensitive to the smoke. What can I do about it?
A - The three strategies (in order of effectiveness) used to reduce indoor air pollution (in your case, cigarette smoke) are: source control, ventilation and air cleaning.
