Report Ties Human Activity to Climate Change
In a prelude to the next big international meeting on climate change in November, the latest report from the UN Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) has offered substantial evidence of the link between human activities and climate change.
The draft report, now being circulated among government officials worldwide, is unlikely to convince the die-hard skeptics of climate change because it does touch on a number of uncertainties. It is also unlikely to reconcile the divergent views of industry and environmental groups.
