Grant Will Be Used to Preserve, Protect and Enhance
San Elijo Lagoon Ecological Reserve
SAN DIEGO, Oct. 27 /PRNewswire/ --
Ford Motor Company (NYSE: F) will donate $1.4 million to the San Diego Environmental Foundation (SDEF) for the preservation, protection and enhancement of the San Elijo Lagoon Ecological Reserve, which is one of San Diego's and Southern California's most precious and unique natural resources.
The announcement was made during a special event held today at the San Elijo Lagoon Conservancy's Nature Center.
