EVEN though the power lawn mower business is primarily a replacement one, customers often lack a clear perception of their mowing needs.
According to Aircap Industries Corp., outdoor power equipment manufacturer, a survey of retailers indicates that there are six questions most frequently asked by customers when they shop for a machine. The questions, and answers supplied by Aircap, are:
