Permission-based E-mail marketing firm Emailbureau is dipping its toes in less developed Eastern markets via a licensing deal with Internet marketing start-up e-businesseast.com.
Emailbureau, the company behind MyOffers.co.uk and OKMail.co.uk, has acquired a 10 per cent stake in the new venture, recently formed by a group of direct marketers.
As part of the deal, Email-bureau will franchise its technology to e-businesseast enabling it to replicate the MyOffers and OK-Mail models in Russia and India, e-businesseast expected to expand into other countries where E-mail permission marketing is not practiced.
