IFA's Web site has been in operation since and provides a wide range of information, services, and networking opportunities for IFA members and others interested in franchising. Franchising World recently interviewed David McKinnon, CEO, Molly Maid, Inc., who serves as chairman of IFA's Information and Technology Committee about the association's Web site and the role it plays in expanding the franchise universe.
Q. With all the rapid changes taking place in logy and on the World Wide Web, what do you see as the main purpose of IFA's Web site?
