A recent survey by the California Milk Advisory Board (CMAB) found a surprising 65% of the fine restaurants in San Francisco and the Napa/Sonoma region offer some form of cheese course on the menu. Most of these restaurants offered the cheese course on a daily basis, and all had the course as a regular menu feature.
