VERMONT CASTINGS COMPLETES AQUISITION OF CONSOLIDATED DUTCHWEST
Manufacturing to be Moved from Taiwan to U.S. in July
RANDOLPH, Vt., May 5 /PRNewswire/ -- Vermont Castings, Inc., the leading U.S. manufacturer of wood stoves, has finalized its acquisition of Consolidated Dutchwest, Inc., the leading U.S. stove retailer, based in Plymouth, Mass., it was announced by Duncan Syme, chairman and chief executive officer of Vermont Castings. Combined annual sales is approximately $50 million.
