Who in New York makes the best cocktail using Grand Marnier? The city's best bartenders entered more than 200 recipes in the annual Grand Marnier Independent Cocktail Awards competition. Presented by Cheers at NY's Lincoln Center during the New York Film Festival, the competition finals are held too late to let you know who the winner is in this issue, but we will let you see if you can pick a winner from some of the semi-finalists.
