Oct. 28--TELL CITY, Ind.-- A Japanese company close to purchasing an existing building in the Perry County Industrial Park has received the incentives it requested from county officials.
Aisin Takaoka Co. Ltd., an automotive parts manufacturer based in Toyota City, Japan, announced Tuesday it was negotiating with Perfect Fit Inc. about the purchase of their building.
The 94,000-square-foot facility is 2 1/2 miles north of Tell City off State Road 37.
A company spokesperson said Aisin Takaoka's move to the county was subject to local and state incentives.
