AIRGAS ACQUIRES ANCHOR OPERATION IN NEW ENGLAND
WILMINGTON, Del., May 10 /PRNewswire/ -- Airgas, Inc. (NYSE: ARG), a rapidly growing distributor of industrial gases and related products, today announced the acquisition of New Hampshire Welding Supply Corp., headquartered in Nashua, N.H., with annual sales of approximately $5.5 million. David Salzman, the prior owner, will remain as president of the New Hampshire company and has been named to the Airgas advisory board.
