On the tenth floor of the CNN Center in Atlanta, Jane Fonda strides off the elevator at file no-nonsense pace of a high-powered businesswoman. Ten steps ahead of everyone else, she heads for her office, down a long hall festooned with vintage posters from some of the more than 40 movies in which she has starred: Klute, Julia, Coming Home, On Golden Pond, to name just a few.
