Sears, Roebuck and Co.'s new chief executive Alan Lacy's debut in front of Wall Street analysts Wednesday wasn't fancy but it got the job done.
At his first analyst meeting appearance as head of Sears, Lacy on Wednesday echoed predecessor Arthur Martinez's turnaround plan and signaled no dramatic changes.
Lacy told analysts in New York that he plans to further refine Sears' apparel assortment, focus on specialized marketing and expand The Great Indoors, its home improvement and furnishings concept.
