If it's Friday, this must be Cambridge. When you're barnstorming brewmaster Tim Morse, it's easy to lose track.
Morse oversees brewing operations for the Boston-based John Harvard's chain of brewery-restaurants. He has a staff of 21 brewers at 12 brewpubs in seven states and the District of Columbia - so good luck finding him at his Boylston Street office. His voice-mail message outlines his weekly schedule, and visiting three states a week seems to be the norm.
On this particular Friday, he's at John Harvard's flagship restaurant at 33 Dunster St. in Harvard Square, and he's just back from a show-stopping performance at the Great American Beer Festival ...
