Next month some 80,000 packaging and food professionals, 1,900 exhibitors and 50 speakers will blow into the Windy City to talk, gawks and walk among the aisles of the International Exposition for Food Processors (IEFP) 2000 and the concurrent PACK EXPO International 2000., which is billed as the largest packaging conference and exhibition in the world.
If bigger is indeed better, as the IEFP slogan, "Success is in the Numbers" suggests, it should add up to quite an event.
