Turkey breast recipes:
Basic Roasted Turkey Breast
6-8 pound whole turkey breast, bone in
1-2 tablespoons olive oil or canola oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Broth, water or white wine (about 1 cup)
1-2 tablespoons fresh chopped herbs of choice such as thyme or rosemary
