St. Paul Venture Capital today announced that Tom Rowbotham has joined the firm as a Boston-based venture partner. Dr. Rowbotham will focus primarily on early-stage companies involved in telecommunications.
Dr. Rowbotham is an engineer and a senior executive with more than 36 years experience in the networking and telecommunications fields. He served most recently as Director of Technology at British Telecom (BT). Previously, he was the Director of BT's Research and Development Laboratories worldwide.
