CHINA's fastest-ever train, the 305km/h Blue Arrow, which is due to go into service between Shenzhen and Guangzhou next year, has rolled off the production line in Hunan province, central China. According to Agence France Presse, the launch suggests that China may want to go it alone rather than rely on foreign train builders when building highs-peed lines.
