A lot has been written about Sweden recently. As a Swede and a businessman I am, of course, very pleased to read in international newspapers and magazines about Sweden's achievements in the new economy.
Sweden has started the millennium in a cheerful mood. This is a far cry from the early 1990s when Swedes were experiencing a severe recession and had to realise that they were not "God's chosen people". It is hard to believe it is only two years ago that the New York Times wrote that Sweden had become "inward-looking" and "self-absorbed". ...
